How does it work?聽
Colleagues who are interested in joining the virtual book club will have access to a Microsoft Teams group where they can maintain an ongoing open communication in the format of a discussion board. On weekly basis, the group will meet in a pre-defined date, time and a duration which they will agree on. Each meeting will be moderated by one person who volunteers to lead the next meeting. That鈥檚 All!
The book we are choosing is 鈥What Got You Here, Won鈥檛 Get You There: How Successful People Become Even More Successful鈥 by Marshal Goldsmith.
